Qapo offers only shipping in Europe. We aim to deliver all orders within six working days of your order being processed. For the holiday & sale periods, be aware of a longer delivery time due to high order volume. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online. We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL and to the rest of Europe with DHL Parcel, for the fastest and most reliable service. Please see our shipping rates below.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving the order. We offer a refund service provided the following guidelines are abided by:
- All returns must be sent back to Qapo within 14 days of delivery.
- All products must be returned in their original packaging, with the hang tag still attached and in new and unworn condition.
- All returns must be accompanied with the delivery note, otherwise, we cannot process the returned item(s).
- We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.
- International returns initiated due to refusal/fail to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a €25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Items that were bought with a discount (during a sale period or with a discount code) will be refunded as store credit.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.
- Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Art
- Some health and personal care items
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Return Instructions:
- Request your return on the contact form on the website
- Print your return label provided by Qapo
- Drop-off your return parcel at a reliable courier service. Shipping costs will not be covered by Qapo
- Use tracked and insured postage to ensure the safe arrival of the package. We cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items. Always keep proof of postage.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Returns are processed within 10 business days after arrival.
- Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Returns can only be refunded, we will credit the card used for the purchase of the initial order. In the case of a Paypal transaction, the payment will be refunded to the Paypal address used for the initial order. Paypal transactions are refunded the next day. iDeal can take two to three business days. Refunds for payments made via Credit Cards can sometimes take up to 30 days or less.
- All products that are bought on sale or at a discounted price will be refunded in full via store credit. This store credit can then be used in store or on our website. We are unable to process sale returns to the original payment method. This is in accordance with Dutch consumer rights.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
